Profumi di Lari

Held in Lari on Sunday, April 6 from 10:30 am is Profumi di Lari (Scents of Lari). From the central Piazza Matteotti at the foot of the Castello dei Vicari, a bevy of experiences to savor a true full immersion in the flavors and traditions at a particularly magical and evocative time of year, involving tastings of typical products, guided tours of the cherry trees in bloom and the Castello dei Vicari, plus lunch under the loggias of the market run by Vivi Lari, savoring the specialties of Lari gastronomy. 
The protagonist is the Lari Cherry, included since 2023 among the IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta or Protected Geographical Indication – PGI) products of the European Union.

  - Visit to see the cherry trees in bloom, Martelli Pasta Factory, Meini Liquor Store, Tre Latti Lari cheese maturing cave
  - Guided tour of the village
  - Lunch at the market under the loggias

  - Visit to see the cherry trees in bloom and of the Castello dei Vicari
  - “Eccellenze del Borgo” (“Excellences of the Village”) tour

  - Visit to see the cherry trees in bloom and of the Meini Liquor Factory
  - Lunch at the market under the loggias

  - Walk to the cherry trees in bloom (about 3.7 miles or 6 kilometers total) - Lunch among the cherry trees
