The event on Friday, November 22, of Girogustando will offer a cutting-edge wine&food experience.
The 4-hands evening will celebrate the marriage of food and wine, with the focus on local products by Fuoriluogo's owner, Mauro Francone, and the extensive wine expertise of Gionni Bonistalli, Fisar sommelier and owner of To Wine.
The creations prepared in the kitchen by Eugenio Simonetti and Gionni Bonistalli will be: variation of three cuts of Cinta Senese, Acquerello Risotto, Chianti Tuna and Giardiniera and alchermes mayonnaise. The shared menu will culminate with dessert A Spasso nel Bosco: a red fruit gelato, cocoa crumble, mascarpone cream.
Accompanying the courses will be the precious wine pairings of the Prato wine shop, winner in 2020 of the Vite Colte award for Enotavola dell'Anno according to the prestigious L'espresso Guide.
