In Monsummano Terme, Slitti's chocolate awaits gourmands in its coffee shop, while in Agliana, in the area of Pistoia, the star is Roberto Catinari, a pioneer in the production of chocolate in Tuscany. In the same area, in the town of Uzzano,Casa Tuscani has started the organic chocolate factory project, using top quality cocoa from Nicaragua.
