Among villages and forests in the Caprio Valley

The route starts from the Pieve di Sorano, in Filattiera, the reference point of the Lunigiana Bike Area. We ride in the direction of Filattiera village, Gigliana and Biglio and climb up to the crossroads of Bosta, where there is a route board, an Ebike recharge point and a self-repair station. From here we finally descend to Lusignana Posponte and Vignolo with a small detour to Maestà del Martinello for a well-deserved scenic stop over the Caprio Valley and the wide Val di Magra. Back on our bikes we ride through the villages of Cavallana, Caprio, Ponticello and Migliarina, ending the loop tour at Pieve di Sorano. The entire route is marked with Lunigiana Bike Area number 2.
