The Vorno Ring for MTBs

Our itinerary unfurls among the fascinating hills of Lucca, offering you an experience among lush forests, panoramic views and ancient rural villages.

Starting from Lucca, the route winds through the Tuscan countryside, for an immersion in oak and chestnut forests, olive groves and vineyards. Once you begin the ascent to Monte della Conserva, a view encompassing the city of Lucca and the entire Lucca Plain can be admired. From here, continue to Monte Le Corna and Colle di Dreon, enjoying the peace and beauty of nature.

When you reach the quaint village of Vorno, you can visit the ancient Romanesque parish church and taste traditional local products, combining the discovery of extraordinary landscapes with an authentic connection to the traditions of the area. Back on your bike, descend into the plain to reach Lucca, flanking the path that runs alongside the historic 19ᵗʰ-century the Nottolini aqueduct.
