You will learn how to make three different types of pasta: pici ("all'aglione") typical dish from Siena; tagliatelle with mushrooms and sausage; and finally, classic Tuscan tortelli filled with potatoes. 

Each type of pasta will be paired with a different wine to enhance its flavor. The lunch will end with a delicious homemade dessert we will prepare together.
