Podere Casale is located between Villa Camperi and Villa Gigliola in the municipality of Casale Marittimo. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.

On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen, dining room, and living room, all with access to the covered porch. The kitchen is uniquely Tuscan, with a built-in hob and fireplace. The dining room features a tiled wood stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room, furnished with sofas and a television, offers a stunning view that changes with the seasons, making the window appear like a living painting. Also on the ground floor are a laundry room and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that has direct access to the garden.

The first floor comprises three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom: two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The porch, usable even on rainy days thanks to its roof, overlooks the BBQ area and the fenced swimming pool, which has plenty of space for sunbathing.

The farmhouse also includes a large tavern with a kitchen and dining table, a living room with a beautiful corner fireplace, sofas, and a 45” TV. Additionally, the tavern is equipped with a ping pong table, and a separate room contains children's games. The pool is open, heatable, and for exclusive use.
