Fair in Vinci

From July 29 to July 31, the historic Vinci Fair returns with its must-see events.

The schedule:

• Monday 29
  9:30 p.m.
  Garden Villa Martelli (entry from Piazza Garibaldi)
  Since 1991, it has been the day of the historic soccer match, inspired by the Florentine one: the two teams, the upper Vinci and the lower Vinci, compete in a field of loose earth trying to scoreto win an artistic terracotta cup.
  
• Tuesday 30

  80s, 90s and 00s music with Paolo Tani DJ
• Wednesday 31
  from 9 p.m.
  The historic procession and reenactment of the Flight of Cecco Santi, captain of Vinci's army who, for love of a woman from an enemy country, was condemned to be thrown from the tower of the Castle of the Guidi Counts.
  At the end of the evening there will be a fireworks display.

All three evenings have free admission.
