La Veranda wants to celebrate its first year of opening by offering a special price to everyone who rents the property for a week in July.
- Six nights, maximum four people: 450 euros
- Six nights, maximum three people: 400 euros
The house has two bedrooms (with double beds), one bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a veranda where you can have outdoor meals, a terrace, a garden, and a private courtyard accessible through a key-locked gate. From one of the bedrooms, you can see the Rocca di Castiglionchio.
La Veranda, in Marradi, is an excellent starting point for trekking routes and a great stop for bicycle trips. It's close to the Valbura waterfalls where you can swim in the river.
We are bike-friendly: we have a space on the ground floor where you can safely store your bike, and we will reserve a parking spot in the private courtyard.
We are also pet-friendly: animals can enjoy a fully fenced garden and access all areas of the house.
For those staying at La Veranda, there is the possibility of tasting typical Tuscan-Romagna dishes by booking at nearby restaurants. Come and ride in the Apennines or try the numerous trekking routes in the area. We look forward to welcoming you!
Cancellation
and no-show policies
The amount of the rent can be paid at the location when the keys are collected. In case of no-show you will have to pay 50%. If the cancellation is made within three days of the scheduled arrival, nothing will be due.
