Cooking workshop and tasting in Sorano

The culinary journey that you will undertake, lasting two and a half hours, winds along the paths of local tradition through the use of products of the farm "La Castagna Leopoldina", without forgetting the use of professional and contemporary cooking techniques.

We will begin with fresh pasta, the cardinal point of our gastronomic culture, of which preparation will be accompanied by explanations also about technical nature.

We will measure ourselves with the creation of the doughs and of other elements that will make the dishes that will be tasted at the end of the cooking experience.

Getting inspired by the company's products, we will also face the preparation of a simple but tasty dessert.
