The annual Cheese Market is being held again in the village of Civitella, in which the culture of cheesemaking meets the enhancement of typical and local products.
The 21st edition will be held Sunday, May 19.
This unique market in the panorama, not only of the region, in almost twenty years has been able to carve out an increasingly niche space for itself, respecting the short supply chain and the particularity of raw-milk processing, thanks to a special specification. Raw milk cheese is a product of great quality, an expression of a territory and an ethical choice to produce it to be protected for biodiversity.
