Cortonantiquaria

Since 1963, each year between the end of August and the beginning of September, Cortona hosts Cortonantiquaria, the longest-running Italian event dedicated to the world of antiques. It is a benchmark for all lovers of art collecting.
The exhibition allows visitors to go on a dreamlike journey back in time, enjoying vintage and antiques shopping and also bringing great value to the Italian antiques market, with paintings from the 17^th and 18^th centuries, centuries-old silver pieces, French-influenced furniture, sculptures, jewelry, objects in wrought iron and still other items.

This is a must-attend event for all who are passionate about antiques, but it also pulls in all curious types and visitors who want to discover Cortona.
